No support.
An extra insurance option which I paid for in advance, was deemed inadequate and useless by the car rental company (Okmobility) who refused to let me take the car without paying their own, extra insurance. Carrental8 could not be contacted until the next day and have so far given no real help.
They told me to go back to the airport and insist on a refund, but I was by that stage a good distance away and had little hope of getting my money back and keeping the car.

I paid for a car rental reservation in advance, as required by this company.
Upon arrival in Sweden, Hertz informed me that they had not been paid for my reservation.
I had to pay Hertz their going rate (which was quite a bit more) to get the vehicle.
I filed a claim with crarental8. They said it can take 7-10 days.
I contacted them this morning, as it's been 3 weeks.
They still haven't resolved my complaint. They told me to give them ANOTHER 10 days.

I'm having trouble getting a refund...I emailed them 3 days ago yet no response..now she's saying it has to be escalated to a manager because it's passed when I booked...not my fault I wasn't able to rent a car from the airport because I needed a flight number
My car is not here for collection, as they were all sold out because of they were busy.
I came to collect my car of 8 seater in Hertz. There is no car for collection at all.
They can't help me, nothing about finding replacement but no contact from the carrental8.com. This is so bad.

The car I paid for wasn't available for pick-up when I got to the Hertz office at Bessemer Road in Cardiff on Monday, the 21st of July. I was given another car, which I refused, and hence, seeking a refund of £80.54 I paid for the car.

I rented a car from this company, car rental eight, and I have not received a confirmation email and can't find any way to get a hold of them to confirm that my wife and I have a car when we arrive at the airport in Halifax. The rental is supposed to be from July 26 to August 9.
My phone number is 519-381-****.
Could somebody contact me regarding the situation? They took the money out of my account on February 16, but I haven't received any emails from them since.

Unable to complete rental due to issue with system at rental company.
Tried to get in touch with company unable ti by phone them asked for a call back as was time sensitve, didnt receive a call back. Terrible customer service

I just answered this about 2 days ago. Very unsatisfactory, they didn't seem interested, offered no resolve or compensation for the gross overcharge.
This happened in March 2024. I have rented through CarRental in the past but this time I was sorely disappointed.
The Tampa Airport rental car site closed when my plane arrived.
I was charged for "no show"/cancelation. I was charged for insurance because the rental site wouldn't take my insurance. It was the same insurance accepted the month prior when renting from same company at Tucson Airport.
I wasn't allowed to use my EZ Pass and made to pay for renting the company's toll-box.
Result--additional charge of over $500 even though I paid in full 2 months prior. I filed complaint with Capital One on which I paid for the rental but after CapOne's research with your company it was rejected.
I am still furious and will NEVER rent through CarRental8 again and will recommend no one else does either.
Please respond where/to whom I can lodge a complaint OR contact me with a remedy.

Paid for rental car and can't pick it up
After booking and paying for a rental car through yall I was informed by hertz that I could not take the truck. I want a refund

Rente un carro en las Vegas en octubre del 2024 y cuando nos tocó recogerlo tuvimos que pagar de nuevo porque supuestamente no apareció la reservación. Me gustaría recibir un reembolso por favor.

I attended a company luncheon and paid with my personal credit card through carrental 8 and was to be reimbursed by my company. However, Dollar Car Rental also charged me 114.42 along with the 170.27 that carrental charged me for a car pickup on 03/07/24 and returned 03/09/24. This is not the price quoted online, and my company feels it is exorbitant also.
