Do I need to have flight itinerary for picking up a car at srq airport?
It does not say it’s required when booking for a rental to pick up at srq airport it only says flight itinerary (optional)

We booked A car online . Unique booking number:
4210****. We payed €95,00.
When we arrived we had to pay €128,00 And the man at the shop of green motion told us we can get the full amount of €95,00 back.
the question is, what should we do to get that money back?
